You will receive an automated email confirming that we received your application. You will receive an email notification informing you if you have been accepted, denied, or is pending other conditions. If you haven’t received any emails, contact us.

Once accepted, both our welcome email and your welcome login screens will give you step-by-step guidance. If you have any issues in setup, one of our support staff is just an email or phone call away. This contact information will also be provided in the welcome email.

We cut checks every month, or whenever your balance reaches $50. Whichever happens first. This policy is in place for the benefit of all our new affiliates. Obviously, when/if your site drives a lot of sales, we may both agree it will be convenient for you to receive 1 or 2 checks per month. We can mail physical checks. But most of our affiliates prefer PayPal.com, the #1 payment method used by Ebay and hundreds of other commercial websites. PayPal is free and easy to sign up to. All you need is a checking account and an email address.

Our cookies have a 60-day timer. This is double the industry standard. So it means anyone who visits your site will earn you a commission if they get back to canvas4life.com and make a purchase. But if your visitor clears his browser cache, the cookie, like all cookies, may be erased.

If a customer demands a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account balance/future balances will be debited with the commission amount in question. Still, no need to worry as we have a refund rate of less than 0.1% - we do everything we can to make our customers happy. There is never a situation where we ask you to send us money because of a return, even if your account balance is zero.
